The principal proposal was to undertake a general refurbishment of an existing house (Villa Maipu, San Martín), himself had a modest budget. The design had to consider the possibility to grow with new rooms.

The design was based on the concept of architectural modules , going to make small reforms based on a final draft, which responded to the next field of ideas:

Chair's proposal was to conduct a housing (150) in the San Telmo neighborhood , on the Avenida Paseo Colon and Brazil. Presented field (60 x 110 mts) had a special on one side (length) contained an important gap, given the various problems that both the land and the project presented, the planting project.
