Chair's proposal was to conduct a housing (150) in the San Telmo neighborhood , on the Avenida Paseo Colon and Brazil. Presented field (60 x 110 mts) had a special on one side (length) contained an important gap, given the various problems that both the land and the project presented, the planting project. Based on the following
Formal strategy "guiding plates containing perpendicular bars at different heights" , which responded to the next field of ideas: 1_
Occupy the least amount of land under the concept of giving the user the greatest amount of expansion possible. 2_
Managing indoor-outdoor relationship, and suggest that housing is "a whole." 3_
Flexibility in the whole building. 4_
simple units, each a "live" on whether misma_ "Less is more" ...
This building work in court, (always looking at different spatial qualities) prioritizing the various needs and expansions at any time rethinking the "live" in these complexes.
