The principal proposal was to undertake a general refurbishment of an existing house (Villa Maipu, San Martín), himself had a modest budget. The design had to consider the possibility to grow with new rooms.
The design was based on the concept of architectural modules , going to make small reforms based on a final draft, which responded to the next field of ideas:
1_ Use the existing structure 2_
Managing indoor-outdoor relationship, and suggest that housing is "a whole." 3_
