The principal proposal was to conduct a general renovation of existing PH (Boedo, Cap. Fed) had the same a budget. The design had to consider the need to inhabit a new formal housing, renovate the exterior-interior relationship of it and make the most of the expansions.
The design was based on the concept of travel, to discover the house at every step, always enjoying the outside and just from the "outside" to discover the entire final draft, which responded to the next field of ideas: Use
1_ Manage existing structure 2_
indoor-outdoor relationship, and suggest that housing is "a whole." Compress 3_
small gaps and to build a "patio" uniter. Patio 4_
